FORMS AND TEMPLATES
WUSS 2019 COPYRIGHT GRANT FORM This form (MS Word .docx) must be completed for each paper in order for the paper to be included in the conference and proceedings.
PAPER TEMPLATE This optional template (MS Word .docx) will help you create a final manuscript that complies with the submission guidelines.
PRESENTATION TEMPLATE This optional slide template (MS PowerPoint .pptx) will help give our conference a consistent look and feel. Not for e-posters!
UPLOADING YOUR FINAL DOCUMENTS
When you are ready to upload your final paper, copyright grant form, presentation slides or e-poster, please login to the WUSS Paper Submission System, select your submission, and choose the link for “Final Submission.”
You will see separate places to upload your paper or e-poster, your presentation, and your copyright grant form. You don’t have to upload them all at the same time, and you can revise each as often as you like before the submission deadline. New submissions will simply overwrite previous submissions.

03/11/2019 Call for Papers Opens
All paper proposals must be submitted through the WUSS Paper Submission System.
05/15/2019 Call for Papers Closes
07/19/2019 Final Papers Are Due
The final PDF version of each paper must follow the WUSS Submission Guidelines and be submitted to the WUSS Paper Submission System. Early submissions are encouraged and appreciated! The conference committee will review the paper and provide any necessary feedback to each presenter.
07/19/2019 Presenter Biographies Are Due for Paper Presenters
A short biography for each presenter should be submitted to the WUSS Paper Submission System. These will be used to introduce speakers before each presentation.
07/19/2019 Copyright Grant Forms Are Due for Paper Presenters
The Copyright Grant Form must be signed by ALL authors, scanned, and submitted to the WUSS Paper Submission System.
08/6/2019 All ePoster Documents Are Due
08/6/2019 Presentation Slides Are Due
Please submit your presentation to the WUSS Paper Submission System.
09/04/2019 Conference Begins!
